Thank you for supporting our family-owned business. Every order is carefully prepared with quality ingredients and packaged with care. We are honored to be a small part of your family’s celebrations and baking traditions.
Order Processing
Orders will be processed in the order they are received. Most orders ship within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
During holidays or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. The Cottage Cake Studio is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of food products, all sales are final. For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on cake mixes or enhancement packs. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the package and product. We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.
Georgia Cottage Food Disclosure
The Cottage Cake Studio is licensed and operates under the Georgia Cottage Food Program. These products are made in a home kitchen that has not been inspected by the Georgia Department of Agriculture. Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including Wheat Milk Eggs Soy Peanuts Tree Nuts Customers with food allergies or sensitivities should carefully review ingredient labels before consuming our products.
Product Storage
For best quality, store unopened products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Please use products before the “Use By” date on the package.
Baking Results
Our recipes have been carefully tested to provide consistent results. However, baking outcomes may vary based on oven calibration, altitude, humidity, ingredient substitutions, and individual baking techniques.
